Who we are
Arvessa is run by Elias Mouna in Stockholm, Sweden. He decides how your details are used. Questions about privacy: elias@arvessa.org.
What we collect
Only what you send us. When you apply for the pilot, that is your name, phone, email, organisation, role, farm location, number of farms, hectares, water and irrigation details, preferred language and your message. When you email us, it is your email address and what you write.
No cookies, no tracking
This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no ads. Fonts and images are served from our own site. Your browser saves only your language choice (EN or FR), and that never leaves your device.
Why we use it
To answer you, to see if your farm fits the pilot, and to plan the pilot with you. The legal basis is steps before a possible agreement with you and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us (GDPR article 6(1)(b) and (f)).
Who else sees it
We never sell your details or use them for ads. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which handles basic connection data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. Our email is forwarded by Cloudflare and stored with Google. These companies may process data outside the EU under the EU's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Up to 24 months after our last contact. If you join the pilot, we keep what the pilot agreement needs for as long as it runs. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them. Write to elias@arvessa.org and we will answer within one month. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), or in Morocco to the CNDP.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
